Year in Review: News of 2012

In June and July, Colorado experienced the most destructive and expensive wildfire season in its history. Six people were killed, more than 600 homes were destroyed and the property damage estimate was more than $500 million by the time firefighters were able to contain the fires, about three weeks after the first erupted.
