Shortly before the presidential election, Donald Trump teased a "major announcement." The "bombshell" turned out to be just another resurrection of the debate over Obama's citizenship. "The Donald" offered to give $5 million to charities of Obama's choosing if the president released his college records and passport application. His request was ignored because, as it turns out, Obama had an election to focus on.
