That's funny: The best and worst of TV comedy in 2011-12

Since this is a best AND worst galllery, we have to give a mention to "How I Met Your Mother," whose inconsistency has gone to extremes this season. The good episodes are so good and the bad ones are so, so bad. We are at least intrigued about Robin's pregnancy, but our patience is wearing thin with the titular mother storyline.
