2011 TV Guilty Pleasures: Zap2it's Year in Review

Every episode of "River Monsters" follows basically the same setup: Biologist and thrill-seeking fisherman Jeremy Wade travels to some exotic locale to look for a giant and/or man-eating fish. Locals are consulted, dead ends are found, hope is nearly lost ... then there's a tug on the line and a furious battle, complete with drama-filled music and look out! editing. But then Wade hauls in a fish that weighs twice as much as he does, and it's all worth it.
