2011 TV Guilty Pleasures: Zap2it's Year in Review

As someone who does not own a home and doesn't really plan to in the near future, it's a mystery why this HGTV reality hit is so engrossing to me. Yet I DVR it and binge on eight episodes at a time like some sort of real estate addict. There's something so satisfying about watching singletons and couples look at potential homes, weigh out the pros and cons, and decide on a new abode. Except when they pick the ugly ones. That's just frustrating.
