Billboard Music Awards 2012: Best and worst moments

Chris Brown had everything going for him during his Billboard Music Awards performance. He had a hit song, great moves and even a halfpipe with BMX bikers. The only thing he was missing was being able to sing. Brown seemed to be lip-syncing his way through "Turn up the Music."
