Billboard Music Awards 2012: Best and worst moments

We will say this for Justin Bieber: He is more than willing to make the rounds to promote his music. But that also means we can end up hearing the same song a lot. Die-hard Beliebers probably don't mind, but it felt like once we got to the Billboard Awards, we had already seen that performance of "Boyfriend" a bunch of times. The dancers in the Quiet Riot masks at the beginning of the number were a nice touch, though.
