Billboard Music Awards 2012: Best and worst moments

It's been a while since we've heard from Nelly Furtado. But she made her return with a performance of "Big Hoops" that seemed to be part Cirque du Soleil and part LMFAO. Good to see her back and in peak form. Even with the goofy hipster glasses.
