Billboard red carpet host Jonathan Brooks gushed all over most of the stars, but his love apparently knew no bounds when Justin Bieber came to chat with him. He could barely get out a sentence. "Your new song is so sexy. So sexy! ... I can't believe I'm talking to Justin Bieber." "You're not Biebs anymore. You're Mister Bieber." Aw, Jonathan. you're practically a 12-year-old-girl! Adorbs.
