Billboard Music Awards 2012: Best and worst moments

The tween in us who was gaga over MTV back in the day when it was all about music is pretty pumped that Downtown Julie Brown is doing backstage interviews at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. We might cry if "Wubba wubba wubba" makes it on the air. PS: We looked it up and she's 52, so that ... makes us feel way old.
