Carrie Underwood pulled out all the stops for the Billboard Music Awards, donning a pouf-tastic gray Oscar de la Renta ball gown. It seems pretty fancy, but at least she's not Miley - who's wearing nothing but a suit jacket, like a trendy flasher.
