A USA-USA gold medal match
Women's beach volleyball pairs of April Ross/Jen Kessy (left) and Misty May-Treanor/Kerri Walsh-Jennings (right) both advanced to the semifinals. If they can defeat Brazil and China, respectively, which is no easy feat, but if they can do it, it will be the first all-USA women's gold medal match.
Update: They have done it. May/Walsh took down the Chinese and Kessy/Ross upset the Brazilians, so the two teams will face off for gold medal. The only other time they have played, Kessy/Ross actually upset May/Walsh, in a 2008 AVP tournament.
