Yep, there was another Ewing boy besides evil J.R. and saintly Bobby. He's alcoholic, screwed-up, thrice married (to the same woman) Gary. Sure, he got to jump to a different soapy series ("Knot's Landing,") and he produced Lucy Ewing, but he was constantly scorned and overlooked. In fact, he's so overlooked that he's not even in the Dallas reboot.
