The best of 2011: We're thankful for...

With apologies to "The Simpsons," "South Park" or "Family Guy" fans, "Archer" is the best animated show on TV. It offers everything we want in a cartoon: screwy characters, funny dialog and Jessica Walter. Charming in his self-absorbed arrogance, Sterling Archer is James Bond with Austin Powers' brain. And poor Lana Kane. She has to deal with (and periodically caves into) Sterling's advances, only to regret it more each and every time. As for Jessica Walter, while she's essentially playing Lucille Bluth again, she does it brilliantly. If you're not watching this show, you're missing out.
