After a couple weeks lead up and speculation, country music singer Chely Wright revealed to the world that she's gay on May 3, 2010.
Wright joins a growing list of celebs who have come out, from sitcom stars (Neil Patrick Harris) to musicians (Ricky Martin, Melissa Etheridge) to Ellen DeGeneres, whose decision to come out in the late 1990s blazed a trail for many of her peers.
