'Downton Abbey': Season 3 character wish list

It was wonderful to see Daisy demand more responsibility in the kitchen at the end of Season 2, so we are looking forward to the tension between her and Mrs. Patmore - the phrase isn't "too many cooks" for nothing. Also, will they bring in a new scullery maid? We hope so.
