Mrs. O'Brien
It was always pretty amusing to watch O'Brien's meddling schemes, and at least in the soap incident she felt bad and tried to stop it.
But her having it so out of Thomas all because of her stupid nephew was a bridge too far. She got pretty ugly in Season 3 and we'd like to see her finally get some comeuppance in Season 4. A demotion would pretty much be the best thing that could happen.
