"House"-lights: Clarence is a death row inmate who starts to see hallucinations of the people he killed. It turns out the hallucations are from drinking copier fluid in an attempt to kill himself, but House figures out there is also a tumor sitting on Clarence's adrenal gland, which releases random shots of adrenaline into his system. These bursts of adrenaline may have led to his killing people in fits of violent rage. Foreman agrees to testify at Clarence's appeal hearing.
