Julia (Erika Christensen) and Joel (Sam Jaeger) are looking to move forward with Victor's permanent adoption, but Victor (Xolo Mariduena) is having trouble letting his biological mother go -- and he's going to throw a major wrench into the operation when he falsely accuses Julia and Joel of abusing him. Meanwhile Mark Cyr (Jason Ritter) will be a support system for Sarah (Lauren Graham) and Drew (Miles Heizer) after Drew gets his girlfriend, Amy, pregnant. Drew's future is bright, though -- while big sis Amber didn't get into UC Berkeley, Drew will receive an acceptance letter before the end of the season.
