Miss Teen USA through the years: Vanessa Minnillo, Bridgette Wilson, Kelly Hu and more

As Miss Teen USA Hawaii, Kelly Hu was the first Asian-American to win a national televised pageant. She went on to win Miss Hawaii USA in 1993 and was a Miss USA finalist the same year. Since then, she's had a successful career as both a model and an actress, most recently with roles on "The Vampire Diaries" and "Hawaii Five-0."

Fun fact: Hu was the first Miss Teen USA to ever judge the Miss USA pageant.
