Welcome to the "Twilight" Awards, aka, the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.

Yes, MTV honors the cinematic arts with awards such as Biggest Badass and Best Scared-As-S*** Performance, but it's not all serious stuff.

We've got the highlights and Jersey lowlights from the red carpet and the ceremony itself -- whether it's musical R. Kelly/"Avatar" tributes, X-tina vajazzling or girl-on-girl kissing action.

Oh yeah, and there's vampires, werewolves and guidettes.
