Why we're watching: Confession: we like the softer side of Gordon Ramsay almost as much as we love seeing him cuss and thro a fit. The first outing of "Masterchef" gave us an outlet for the kinder Gordon, and the lack of "Top Chef" this summer means we'll have to get our serious culinary competition kicks from somewhere.
