Why we're watching: Raven-Symoné is back as Georgia in the new family friendly comedy, "State of Georgia." Starring as an aspiring actress in New York City, she is joined by a geeky best friend and a former flame who attempts to bring her back home to her roots. It's been four years since "That's So Raven" left the Disney airwaves, and we're interested to see her transition into a new role for a slightly older audience.
