The CW's 'Arrow' is on target: 15 reasons you should be watching

One of the most delightful surprises of the series has been Felicity Smoak, a snarky young woman who works in the IT department at Oliver's family empire company. Played by relative newcomer Emily Rickards, Felicity's awkward nerdiness has quickly made her one of our favorite characters. She's smart, witty, and more importantly, not afraid to question authority (or at least give it one heck of a side-eye). Here's hoping that the powers-that-be love her as much as we do, because the more Felicity, the better.
