2010: The Year of the Young

Getting cast in a Coen brothers movie, then more than holding your own opposite a pair of Oscar winners, is a pretty great way to start your feature-film career. That's what Hailee Steinfeld did with her lead role in "True Grit," which has been almost universally praised and -- we hope -- is the start of something big for her.
