2010: The Year of the Young

While Kick-Ass was technically the star of the film, Moretz stole the show as the 10 year-old superhero Hit Girl, who dropped bad guys and f-bombs like it was nobody's business. While it was a bit jarring to see a kid take so much pleasure in killing, it sure as hell was fun to watch. Even though she's only a child, we kind of wish we were Hit Girl. We love that she's representing the females in the all-boys club that is the superhero genre and she's a total bad*ss that rocks a purple wig and leather. She's our hero. Spin-off, anyone?
