Show More »With the much-hyped "Dawson's Creek" reunion-ish type thing coming to "The B---- in Apartment 23" and the return of the whole "Felicity" love triangle to TV, we thought it was about time we check in with some of our favorite TV teens of yesteryear.
Now, this isn't a comprehensive list by any means -- but it is a list of our faves. Because really, this is about us, and our burning nostalgia for stuff that happened ... not all that long ago.
So click on through for a who's-who of the people whose posters hung inside our high school lockers. And possibly our current cubicles. We have trouble letting go, okay?

Katie Couric. Wore lots of flannel, tried every hairstyle imaginable to avoid looking 40. Did not get the girl.
Now: Internet meme and surprisingly #FF-worthy tweeter at @vanderjames. You can catch him playing himself on ABC's comedy "The B---- in Apartment 23." (If he didn't have a wife and kids, and spent most of his time wearing Dawson-esque flannel and referencing

Remember when Pacey told his English teacher he was the "best sex [she'd] never have?" Yeah, that happened. Luckily, his quest for True Love steered him in the direction of his best friend's soulmate, which resulted in a teen romance so epic we forgave him for that initial Caesar haircut.
Now: Remains flawless. Jackson charms audiences not only at Comic-Con, but also on the fifth and final season of "Fringe," currently airing on FOX on Fridays at 9 p.m. « Less

Williams has said that she hated working on the Creek, to which we plug our ears and say "la-la-la-can't-hear-you."
Now: As the only "Dawson's" alum who gets to put "Oscar nominated" in front of her name, Williams has made an indelible mark on the film community with critically acclaimed movies like "Brokeback Mountain" and
"Blue Valentine." She was most recently nominated for her role as Marilyn Monroe in "My Week With Marilyn." « Less

Then: Jack McPhee's coming-out story, which included the first male gay kiss aired on network TV in the U.S., broke ground and offered a portrayal of teenage sexuality that was unheard of at the time. Unfortunately, he ended up with Deputy Doug, who we always thought was kind of a tool.
Now: We're still mourning
"Life Unexpected,"Smith's most recent regular TV role. He was last seen guest starring (and dying) on last season's final two episodes of " NCIS." Also, we hear he's letting his naturally gray hair grow in, so add him to your list of silver foxes. Busy Philipps
Then: Audrey was Joey's loud, awesome, often drunk roommate who was friends with
Jack Osbourne. (Seriously.) Last seen singing backup for John Mayer. (Seriously.)
Courteney Cox's loud, awesome, always drunk assistant on "Cougar Town," which is making a move from ABC to TBS this season. Still BFFs with Michelle Williams(so obviously "Dawson's" wasn't that cruel to you, Michelle!). Meredith Monroe
Then: Oh, Andie. She went off her meds, started seeing her dead brother, went crazy, got institutionalized, cheated on Pacey (obviously still crazy!), stole the PSAT answers (they don't even matter!), took a bunch of drugs, got shipped off to Europe ... and somehow ended up at Harvard. She's a doctor now, but you'd only know that if you watched the series finale's deleted scenes. Which we did.

Now: In real life, Keri remains a New Yorker -- she and her family live in Brooklyn. She returns to TV this season on FX's "The Americans," on which she plays a Cold War KGB spy.

Now: He starred in "The Vow," with

"You'll be -- you'll be the fancy doctor with -- with the fancy practice. You'll -- you'll be married ... and you'll have like four phone lines in your home. And then, boom, it'll -- it'll grip you like a blast of freezing cold air. You know, "what -- what the hell is my life?" And you'll be able to trace it back to this instant. This -- this very moment, when that geek R.A. gave you these four words of advice, "stay in New York, or perish." Five... six words. "
Okay, so maybe he wasn't the most eloquent. He was charming, though. And he was really obsessed with fonts. Who doesn't love a man obsessed with fonts?

Now: Y'all, that totally wasn't his real accent.
Gomez, now on "Cougar Town," stars as Andy -- one half of one of our favorite TV bromances ever. Greg Grunberg
Then: Sean Blumberg was full of ideas. A new condiment called "Smoothaise"! A milkless cereal called "Lact-Os" -- just add water! A keyboard specially designed for one-handed people! Flavored pen caps, for the chronic chewer! And, our favorite -- the "Docuventary," a movie in which all of our favorite characters just let it all hang out.
J.J. Abrams' best friend, Grunberg starred in " Alias," "Heroes," and even had a bit part in this summer's "Super 8." He was last seen in the short-lived anthology series "Love Bites"on NBC. Plus, he's in a band with several other TV stars, and he's an avid Twitterer. We highly recommend you check out @greggrunberg. Amanda Foreman
Then: Felicity's super-goth roommate with a secret Connecticut past. And a strange obsession with a box that appeared to be the portal to The Twilight Zone. This is another one of those things we just don't talk about.

Now: My, how you've grown, Mr. Padalecki. You can watch him as Sam Winchester, one half of the greatest demon-hunting duo ever, on "Supernatural" at 9 on Wednesday nights. He's got a voice role in the new "X Men: Destiny" game, he stars in the upcoming graphic, post-apocalyptic thriller "The Divide." Now: Donovan starred on "Damages" for quite a while, and can currently be seen on the big screen in Ben Affleck's '70s Tehran hostage crisis movie "Argo." We prefer to imagine him adrift on a boat, peeling potatoes and crying over a photo of dead Marissa.
Then: Oh hey, quirky new girl! Though we initially hated her (she slept with the Dean and stole Summer's extra-curriculars!), we ended up kind of loving her. Sort of. We're still not buying her romance with Ryan, and we think she should've stuck with her French husband.
