What's It All About? In 1998, while on convalescent holiday in suburban London, Augusto Pinochet was arrested. Wanted for crimes against humanity, the former Chilean dictator should have been extradited to Spain easily in Tony Blair's Labour Party Britain. But the complexities of British law, old allegiances and other difficulties nearly sabotaged the effort. As usual, life scripts drama unlike anyone else.
