Restraining Order for a Stalker
Hopefully, Jennifer Garner has some peace of mind now.
The former "Alias" star won a restraining order Thursday (Nov. 20) against a man she claims has been stalking her for years.
The order will grant Garner, her husband Ben Affleck and their daughter Violet three years of protection from Steven R. Burky, 36.
