I'm using Firefox as my browser, why do I get a blank window when I try to print with my Mac?
To resolve this, click on "Firefox" then "Preferences" in your browser top navigation. Click on "Application" button and scroll down to "Portable Document Format." Select "Use Preview (default)." You will now see a PDF document open whenever you click the "Print" icon on the grid. To print, just click the printer icon on the PDF.
