"Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland ripped Lea Michele's red-carpet posing style on a recent episode of E!'s "Fashion Police." Hyland explained the maneuvers Michele goes through are "very strange." But after a swift backlash from the passionate Gleeks, Hyland used her time on the Emmy red carpet the whole thing was "fun and games." Got that, Gleeks?
