Ellie Kemper, 'The Office'
You know her as: Dunder Mifflin's new receptionist, Erin
Why we like her: In her early appearances, Pam's replacement didn't get much to do, but this season she's shown herself to be just as big a weirdo as many of her co-workers, from her need to ask permission for everything to her crossed-signals workplace flirting with Ed Helms' Andy. And if that didn't make us like her, Kemper's performance in "Male Prima Donna" alone would probably have put her on this list.
Where else you've seen her: A couple of appearances on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" and "Important Things with Demetri Martin."
