Fall TV 2009: What we are (and are not) looking forward to

Any chance to spend more time with our favorite Time Lord before we bid adieu to this incarnation is valuable. We're sure Matt Smith is great, but does he have great theories about why Rose Tyler is better off with a Doctor Who clone than the original? Didn't think so. We (heart) David Tennant.
