'Terra Nova' (FOX)
Premieres: Monday, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. ET
It's been a long time coming -- the huge amount of CGI involved in the production pushed the debut date back a couple times -- but we think it will have been worth the wait. All that computer-generated stuff is indeed impressive (dinosaurs!), but the family story at the show's center grounds it in enough reality -- as much as you can have in a show about a family that travels 85 million years into the past as part of a colony trying to restart human civilization -- to keep us coming back for more.
