Expect to see: Spader! With Steve Carell gone, the show has cast Emmy winner James Spader (seen in last season's finale) as the new boss -- not just of the Scranton branch, but the CEO of the entire company. The identity of the branch manager is still a secret, but whoever it is will have to deal with a very different kind of manager in Spader's Robert California.
