Expect to see: More sexual tension. Obviously. Schmidt's penis cast is finally gone, but he might not be as happy about that as he would've been if he and Cece were still together. Meanwhile, Jess has several suitors after her, which might be a bright spot in her life considering showrunner Liz Meriwether says the teacher will lose her job this season. Expect the Jess-Nick tension to stick around, while Winston is happily in love.
