Fall TV 2012: New shows from ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and The CW

CBS has picked up one new comedy, "Partners," to pair with "How I Met Your Mother" on Monday nights, and has moved "Two and a Half Men" to Thursday. "The Mentalist" has also moved to Sunday nights following "The Good Wife."
