Zap2it's TV Show Rehab: 12 steps to a better 'Heroes'

He's evil! No, he's just misunderstood! No, wait, he really is bad! Villains don't always have to have tragic backgrounds or be sympathetic; sometimes they can just be bad. We'd love to see Sylar (Zachary Quinto) become the "Heroes" version of the Joker -- a gleefully malevolent baddie who pops up every now and then to wreak havoc, then escapes the clutches of the good guys just before he wears out his welcome.
