Zap2it's TV Show Rehab: 12 steps to a better 'Heroes'

When "Heroes" started, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) was the show's Everyman figure, an average guy with an average job (beat cop) who was really struggling with his newly discovered mind-reading ability. Matt has since gone through so many transformations we can hardly keep track, but none of those has really let the character settle into a comfortable spot. Grunberg is a good actor; find the right notes for him to play and he could make it work.
