'Dance Your Ass Off'
Premieres: Monday, June 7, 11 p.m., Oxygen
Why we're watching: During the Spice Girls heyday, Scary was never our favorite (Ginger, Posh, Baby, Scary, Sporty was our exact order of preference), but she really won us over when she was on "Dancing With the Stars" and we still can't get the image of her crossing the stage with a series of alternating splits out of our mind. All this to say, the show already combines two of our favorite things to watch on TV -- weight loss and dancing -- so adding her as host is just the cherry on top.
