'Bachelor Pad,' 'Dating in the Dark'
Premieres: Monday, Aug. 9, 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., ABC
Why we're watching: "The Bachelorette" will be winding down, but ABC is there with another reality romance fix. "Bachelor Pad" combines all the colorful characters we've grown to love from the "Bachelor"/"Bachelorette" franchise with the shenanigans of a "Big Brother"-style show, then follows it up with silly-but-fun "Dating in the Dark," where contestants get to know each other without being able to see what each other looks like.
