Show: "Denise Richards: It's Complicated," E!, May 26

Premise: I’m Denise Richards, and I’m so much more than Charlie Sheen's ex-wife with a career on the rocks.

Why you should watch: Richards is out to prove that she’s more normal than you think, and watching her fail miserably makes for good TV. In the first episode, Richards goes on a blind date and questions her date’s sexuality because he doesn’t bring up her girl-on-girl kiss in “Wild Things.” The scene where she throws a fit at the DMV is no more redeeming.
