The CW show formerly known as "Surviving the Filthy Rich" is undergoing a couple of changes.

For starters, it's not called "Surviving the Filthy Rich" anymore. The series, about a young woman (Joanna Garcia) who's hired as a private tutor for two wealthy Palm Beach teenagers, has changed its name to the more succinct "Privileged."

The show has also tapped Anne Archer to star as the girls' grandmother, who's raising them after the death of their parents. She takes over the role from Marsha Mason, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Also at The CW, Emmy winner Laurie Metcalf ("Roseanne") will star in "Easy Money," one of the Sunday-night shows the network is receiving from producer Media Rights Capital.

"Privileged" comes from writer/executive producer Rina Mimoun ("Everwood") and Alloy Entertainment, which also produces "Gossip Girl." Leslie Morgenstein and Bob Levy are also exec producers.

Archer has had a recurring role on CBS' "Ghost Whisperer" the past few seasons and has also appeared on FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." Her film credits include "Fatal Attraction" (for which she earned an Oscar nomination), "Short Cuts" and "Clear and Present Danger."

On "Easy Money," Metcalf will play a woman who runs a loan-sharking operation with her family. The show centers on the business and her relationship with one of her sons.

Metcalf won three Emmys for her work on "Roseanne" and has been nominated several other times, including last year for a guest role on "Desperate Housewives." She recently co-starred in "Stop Loss" and "Georgia Rule."
