The president-elect and his wife will sit down for a one-hour interview Wednesday

Barbara Walters has scored an interview with Barack Obama and his wife. But can she make them cry?

The media maven will sit down with the president-elect and first lady-elect Michelle Obama for a one-hour special airing Wednesday night on ABC, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Walters will conduct the interview late in the day in Chicago and will discuss how the Obama family is managing having their lives turned upside down, the transition, foreign policy and the state of the economy.

The Obamas' visit to "60 Minutes" earlier this month spelled top ratings for the show and for the network.

Portions of Walters' interview will also air on "Good Morning America," "World News" and "Nightline."
