Sean and Jayden stay with dad

After being rushed to the hospital for being found under the influence of an unknown substance, Britney Spears has suffered another blow.

The former pop star has lost the legal and physical custody of her two sons to her ex-husband Kevin Federline for the time being, reports TMZ.com.

The judge in the Spears custody case has issued the order that her visitation rights be "suspended pending further order of the court." This means that sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, will be with daddy for now.

The order is in effect till Jan. 14, when a follow-up hearing determines where the case will go.
