Meet the New 'Dancing with the Stars' Cast

Lance Bass, Olympian Misty May-Treanor are among this season's competitors

A pair of Olympic gold medalists, a second member of *NSync and a a nine-time Emmy winner will take the floor on "Dancing with the Stars" this fall.

The cast, announced on "Good Morning America" Monday (Aug. 25), hewed pretty closely to several leaked lists of possible competitors for the show's seventh cycle. Among those vying for the disco-ball trophy are Grammy winner Toni Braxton, celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito and Lance Bass, who will follow in the footsteps of his former bandmate Joey Fatone on the show.

The two Olympians are Maurice Greene, the 100-meter champion at the 2000 Games in Sydney, and beach volleyball champ Misty May-Treanor, who just won her second gold medal with partner Kerri Walsh.

The new season will also feature the show's youngest performer ever in " Hannah Montana" co-star Cody Linley, who's 18, and its oldest in Cloris Leachman, 82, who has an Oscar (for "The Last Picture Show") and a passel of Emmys (most recently for a guest spot on "Malcolm in the Middle" in 2006) on her resume.

Also competing: reality star Kim Kardashian, who told "Dancing" host Tom Bergeron on "GMA" that she suffered a gash on her foot Sunday night in a hotel room but will be still be able to compete; former NFL star Warren Sapp; and sitcom actor Ted McGinley.

"Dancing with the Stars" begins its new season on ABC Monday, Sept. 22. Here's the full rundown of the cast:
