The couple married in Italy

"Saturday Night Live" alum Kevin Nealon will soon be staying up late again -- tending to a baby.

The "Weeds" actor and his wife, actress Susan Yeagley, are expecting their first child together, reports People.

Nealon first mentioned the happy news on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien."

Nealon, 53, and Yeagley, 34, are both animal rights activists who don't eat meat. They wed in Bellagio, Italy in September 2005.

Yeagley trained at the Groundlings improv theater and has appeared as a guest star on a number TV shows. She and her husband hosted this year's "World's Funniest Commercials."

When he isn't appearing in his pal Adam Sandler's movies, Nealon is a regular on Showtime's "Weeds" as city councilman Doug Wilson.
