Andrea Parker added to 'Starting Under'

The latest round of FOX casting sees Harry Lennix checking into Joss Whedon's "Dollhouse" and Andrea Parker looking for laughs with Bernie Mac.

"Dollhouse" stars Eliza Dushku as Echo, part of a community of "dolls," young men and women who are imprinted with new identities and false memories to fulfill a variety of sensitive assignments. None of the "dolls" have any memories of their own until Echo begins investigating their pasts.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lennix will play an ex-cop who serves as Echo's bodyguard.

The 20th Century Fox TV pilot also features Olivia Williams, Fran Kranz, Tahmoh Penikett, Dichen Lachman and Enver Gjokaj.

Lennix's recent TV credits include "24" and "Commander in Chief," while he's been seen on the big screen in "Across the Universe," "Stomp the Yard" and "Resurrecting the Champ."

Also at FOX, Parker and newcomer Silvana Arias are joining the comedy "Starting Under," which features Mac as a recently divorced man who finds himself living with and working for his son (Bert Belasco).

Parker, whose TV credits include "The Pretender" and "Less than Perfect," will play a single woman who has a "an interestingly complicated relationship" with the son.

Arias plays a woman who Mac's character accuses of being an illegal immigrant.
