Lou Diamond Phillips, who set Maggie Lawson's heart all aflutter on "Psych," is free to wreak his wiles on the public now as a bachelor. The actor's divorce from his estranged wife Kelly has been finalized, reports "Extra."
According to the entertainment newsmagazine, the actor will shell out child support ($7,600/month) and spousal support ($4,500) and get the 1995 Bronco while she retains the 2003 Mercedes.
The couple will share custody of their three girls: twins Grace and Isabella, 9, and Lili, 7.
Phillips, 45, was first married to Julie Cypher, who left him for rocker Melissa Etheridge, and then to former makeup artist Kelly Phillips before separating with her in 2005.
In December, he was sentenced to three years of probation, 200 hours of community service and a year of domestic violence counseling after he pled no contest to domestic battery stemming from an August 2006 incident in which he beat up his live-in girlfriend.
Phillips is best known for his film roles in "La Bamba" and "Stand and Deliver," but lately he's been making guest appearances on television series such as "Law & Order: SVU," "24" and "Numb3rs." His latest turn on the small screen was on USA's comedy "Psych," in which he played Special Agent Lars Ewing who was investigating a counterfeiting scheme and flirted with Lawson's character Juliet O'Hara.
