Matt LeBlanc has finally ended his three-year marriage to his wife Melissa.

The former "Joey" star's divorce was granted in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday, Sept. 20. According to the 28-page document found on TMZ.com, the legal marriage termination is effective Friday, Oct. 6.

In the divorce, both parties will share joint legal and joint physical custody of their two-year-old daughter Marina Pearl, who has been having neurological and motor problems since she was 11-months-old.

Melissa Sue LeBlanc nee McKnight has waived and relinquished all claims for spousal support.

The actor, however, will provide the bulk of child support since he's deemed a "high wage earner." He will provide $15,000 per month for Marina and be responsible for 100 percent of nanny fees, private school tuition, other school-related expenses, summer camp, Gymboree, uninsured medical costs and future college expenses. He's also taking care of the attorney fees and costs for both parties in the divorce.

In 1997 LeBlanc and McKnight met through pal Lou Diamond Phillips. The couple capped their five-year engagement by getting married in Hawaii in May 2003 with many of the "Friends" cast in attendance. At the time, the couple had entered into a pre-nuptial agreement, the terms of which remain confidential. The sitcom star filed for divorce in March.
